Operating Engineer - JLL What this job involves: Operating Engineer supports day to day operation of the water treatment equipment including maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas. A hospitality mindset is fundamental to delivering exceptional workplace experiences for our client. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures in manufacturing, commercial or industrial settings.
Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
PC competency to include Continuum (BAS), Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Associates degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Able to troubleshoot basic plant functions
Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
Ability to comply with both Jones Lang LaSalle and client-directed policies & procedures.
Successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment.
Must pass background, drug/alcohol.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Complete rounds with proper documentation.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to building Equipment.
Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Water Reclamation facilities.
Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts.
Other assigned operational tasks as may be typically expected of the Operating Engineer role.
