What this job involves: This position is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing in several facilities. The role involves continuous monitoring and assessment of building operations, ensuring proper functioning of all systems, and maintaining a safe work environment. The engineer will work in 10 level office tower and 10 level parking deck including fire/life safety systems, HVAC, electrical systems, emergency backup systems, and coordinating contractor activities while maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols.
