About The Position
The Operating Director will lead and manage a branch of Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company in the U.S. This role emphasizes autonomy, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while receiving ongoing corporate support.
