About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Trading IT and OpenLink Endur to support architecture, design, and delivery within a Commodities Trading environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong business knowledge across the trading lifecycle, and the ability to lead architectural decisions across portfolios.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Trading IT
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with OpenLink Endur v14+
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Trading business lifecycle, from deal inception through settlement
• 10+ years of experience in software delivery and architecture
• Technical Architecture & Design
• Experience with TOGAF or a similar architecture framework
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools
• Collaboration & Communication
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with 5+ years of experience in trading environments
• Ability to listen to and interpret the needs of both technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical architecture, design, and standards for software products in Commodities Trading
• Lead architecture decisions confidently across portfolios, including managing divergent opinions and stakeholder viewpoints
• Create pragmatic and implementable technical designs that balance risk, complexity, cost, and business value
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on both strategic initiatives and day-to-day technical decisions
• Manage expectations and facilitate discussions effectively
• Active participation in wider Tech Lead and engineering communities
