About The Position

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John's!!! Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less, and assisting in customers receiving deliveries. This Inshop Team Member will work primarily early mornings from 6am-10am primarily on preparing food and the store for the day. MUST work well indepdnetly and execute many tasks quickly and efficiently. This Team Member will also make fast and accurate sandwiches, also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment, assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant. We have a freaky fast work pace and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service! Memorizing the menu is just the start of learning about and representing our Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast product!!

Requirements

Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10°
