Requirements

Responsibilities

• Shift 5:00am -1:30pm
• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers.
• Perform a variety of tasks as an Opening Manager, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Facilitate Internal Communication among team members.
• Manage Inventory effectively.
• Oversee Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Ensure Quality Food Production.
