Responsibilities

• Shift 5:00am -1:30pm
• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers.
• Perform a variety of tasks as an Opening Manager, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
