Opening Crew Team Member
About The Position
As a McDonald's Opening Crew Member, you will be responsible for preparing the store for the upcoming day starting at 4 am. Afterwards you will preparing and serving food and drinks to our customers, following health and safety standards, and keeping the work area clean and tidy. You will also interact with customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service. Requirements
- MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK AS EARLY AS 4:00 AM
- All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the store for the upcoming day starting at 4 am
- Preparing and serving food and drinks to our customers
- Following health and safety standards
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy
- Interact with customers
- Take orders
- Handle payments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
