About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Opening Crew Member. As an Opener, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth start to the day by preparing the restaurant for operation and providing top-notch service to our customers.

Requirements

• Availability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the restaurant for daily operations, including stocking supplies and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation and assembly, following McDonald's quality and safety standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant, including the dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve daily goals and objectives.
