The City of Steamboat Springs is pleased to announce a job opening in our Parks & Recreation Department as an Open Space and Trails and Ski Area Maintenance Technician. Depending on the level of experience and certifications you have, pay and job requirements may vary as follows: Maintenance Technician I: $23.06 - $32.29/hr. Maintenance Technician II: $25.37 - $35.52/hr. Maintenance Technician III: $27.91 - $39.07/hr. As a member of the Parks and Recreation Department, the Open Space and Trails/Ski Maintenance Technician performs semi-skilled and skilled tasks and operates a variety of equipment in all phases of construction, repair, and maintenance of the City's trails and open spaces as well as Howelsen Hill Ski Area.
