Requirements

• Experience with OpenShift.
• Experience with GCP and Azure.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters, including version upgrades, patching, and scaling.
• Deploy, scale, and manage containerized applications on OpenShift using tools like the oc CLI and OpenShift Console.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments, often integrating with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) for both Azure/GCP and OpenShift, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to the OpenShift platform and containerized applications.
• Implement security best practices, user access control (RBAC), and security policies within the OpenShift environment.
• Develop and maintain IaC using tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and configuration of GCP resources.
• Windows Server administration.
• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure applications are designed for scalability and adhere to best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and runbooks.
• Manage the lifecycle of control plane and worker nodes, including upgrades and certificate management.
