About The Position

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) invites applications for a Family Medicine physician to join our graduate medical education team in Charleston, SC. You will become part of a dynamic team of seasoned educators in a top tier residency program with a 50-year history of training family physicians. You will have the opportunity to advance the future of Primary Care through teaching and mentoring residents. The ideal candidate will be a patient-centered, compassionate team-player. Preference will be given to physicians with extensive experience in EKG interpretation and instruction. Requirements

  • PhD/MD or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine
  • Significant experience in electrocardiogram reading and diagnoses
  • Collaborative and collegial demeanor with enthusiasm for teaching

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in the teaching of medical students, family medicine residents, and fellows
