About The Position

The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry- Memphis is seeking an Open Rank Professor and Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Site Director. This is a full-time non-tenured faculty position. The Site Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and administration of the AEGD program. The position requires the development and implementation of organizational strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and fostering excellence in clinical education. The successful candidate for this position will be a strong leader who can identify and implement best practices, think strategically, plan for the long-term success of the program and effectively delegate tasks and foster a positive work environment and culture.
