About The Position

The Management & Entrepreneurship (M&E) department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University invites applicants for an open rank non-tenure-track faculty position in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area to begin fall 2026. We encourage applications from candidates with significant professional experience and, ideally, experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels; teaching experience in the online modality is also highly desirable.
