The Miami Transplant Institute is currently seeking an experienced, board-certified (or board-eligible) transplant hepatologist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients with complex liver disease. As a program deeply committed to advancing liver disease care and transplantation, we are proud of the collaborative, patient-centered model we've developed—one that integrates clinical excellence with innovative research, comprehensive support services, and a strong emphasis on quality outcomes. Our program offers: Robust liver transplant volume with strong multidisciplinary support, within a comprehensive transplant institute. A richly diverse patient population reflective of South Florida’s vibrant multicultural communities. A faculty appointment with protected academic time (if applicable). A supportive environment that values work-life balance and physician wellness. Collaboration with a highly skilled surgical team with extensive experience in complex cases including multi-visceral transplants. Join an established group of eight hepatologists and three transplant-focused APPs located in the center of Miami. Flexibility to establish a balance of transplant versus non-transplant hepatology as well as endoscopy time to meet the interests of the individual. Opportunity to work with medical students, residents, and fellows, including transplant hepatology fellows.
