Goldstrike - Open Pit Driller

Nevada Gold Mines is looking for an Open Pit Driller to join our Goldstrike Operations team. Our mission is to be the world’s most valued gold and copper mining business. Requirements
- Valid Nevada drivers’ license required
- Ability to carry at least 50 pounds required
- Excellent verbal, written, and radio communication skills required
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team required
- Satisfactory safety, performance, and attendance records required
- The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Surface Drilling/Blasting experience preferred
- Heavy equipment operating experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure drill area is properly cleaned before drilling and maintain an awareness of what is happening in work area - other traffic, machinery and plant, individuals
- Perform other duties as assigned
