The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business. The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship. POSITION SUMMARY Sephora Engineering division is looking for passionate and inventive intern who wants to work in Sephora’s digital eCommerce platform. Imagine being part of a team that is at the handling one of the largest client traffic channel at Sephora. As an Intern, you have the opportunity to develop applications that impact millions of clients in both North America & Canada. Your focus is going to be with the Marketplaces team to design, integrate, develop and stabilize the Micro services and API proxies. You will have the opportunity to analyze the big picture and perform tactical decision making that supports the strategic direction of Sephora, IT and the Engineering team.
