The Sanitation Manager will take ownership and responsibility for actions, behaviors, and contributions within the manufacturing and production environment. This role requires a strong ability to inspire and motivate both oneself and others, while working collaboratively with all teams and departments to continuously improve sanitation processes and reduce downtime due to changeovers. The position demands a strong understanding of manufacturing and sanitation requirements to meet personnel safety, food safety, and quality standards. Additionally, the manager should possess strong knowledge of acid, alkali, and sanitizing chemicals, as well as familiarity with the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) audit system.
