About the position

Conway Behavioral Health Hospital is a premier source of inpatient and outpatient mental health services for individuals and families throughout the Little Rock North Metro area. Our facility in Conway, Arkansas, provides comprehensive, personalized care for adolescents and adults of all genders who have been struggling with mental health concerns. We are hosting a Hiring Event with open interviews and walk-ins welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health services to patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements

• Current nursing license for RN and LPN positions
• Experience in mental health or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a behavioral health setting
• Leadership experience for management positions
• Certification in mental health first aid
• Bilingual skills
