Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Lead Business Execution Consultant to support a new product initiative within the Consumer Payments and Deposits organization in Consumer Banking & Lending. This role is central to launching and scaling a customer‑permissioned data‑sharing platform that enables secure, scalable exchange of customer data with approved third‑ and fourth‑party partners. In this role, you will lead open banking product execution by collaborating with cross‑enterprise stakeholders and working in close partnership with cross-functional team to deliver against the product vision. You will play a critical part in translating product strategy into disciplined, end‑to‑end execution. You will partner closely with teams across Technology, Digital, Risk, and Compliance to deliver secure, resilient, and customer‑centric solutions. This work directly supports CBL Payments’ strategy to modernize data access while maintaining strong regulatory rigor and risk management. In This Role, You Will Lead execution activities for a new payments‑related data‑sharing product, from early concept through launch and ongoing optimization Collaborate on destination state vision for open banking/open finance across stakeholder set Lead prioritization and roadmap development for open banking/open finance across various use cases Create clear, actionable user stories, epics, and technical requirements in collaboration with product and technology partners Coordinate and oversee technology‑focused workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are well‑managed Act as Product’s subject matter expert on the platform’s data architecture, including SORs, APIs, webhooks, and data flows Manage relationships and engagement across internal stakeholders including Technology, Digital, Operations, Independent Risk Management, and Legal Analyze customer and partner data to identify root causes and opportunities; recommend data‑driven solutions and measure impact post‑implementation Partner closely with Deposits, Digital, and Fraud teams to balance customer experience, business growth, and fraud mitigation Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance expectations Influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization—from individual contributors to senior leaders Serve as a subject matter expert for the program’s technical components
