Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store.
• Operate computerized cash register and process various payment methods.
• Remember regular customers' names and faces to enhance customer relations.
• Answer and screen phone calls, and handle customer complaints.
• Detect shoplifters and ensure store security.
• Complete vendor check-in procedures and maintain accurate shift work records.
• Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping, shoveling snow, and cleaning gas pumps.
• Keep deli areas clean and stocked, and perform deli duties as needed.
