About The Position

As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during every visit. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers during your shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and security, and communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift. You will also be responsible for meeting targets and helping your assigned departments achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Flexible schedule
