About The Position

Open Availability Shift Manager starts at $20.00/hour with Opportunity for Advancement up to $25.10/hr! Looking for growth opportunities? Penn Yan, Waterloo, Ovid, Geneva, Canandaigua, Manchester, Farmington, Victor, Perinton, East Henrietta, West Henrietta, Marketplace and Winton Road.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
