About The Position

The Security Flex Officer position requires open availability and the ability to travel to various sites. The function of a Flex Officer is to assist in Open Posts, Emergency coverages, Vacations, Call Offs, etc. that come up on a week-to-week basis, so your schedule and location assignment will vary from week to week. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Responsible, accountable, and objective with a strong work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are a plus
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must be able to work any time of day and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist in Open Posts and Emergency coverages
• Cover for Vacations and Call Offs
• Provide extraordinary customer service to clients and their guests
• Deter, observe, and report to create a safe and secure environment
• Perform multiple styles of security including foot and vehicle patrol, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and standing posts
