The OpCo Purchasing Manager will report directly to the OpCo President and ensure that the OpCo has the right products at the right time to meet customer needs by collaborating closely with a centralized purchasing team to execute purchasing strategies. This role involves managing local suppliers for fresh dairy and produce, optimizing inventory levels, analyzing demand forecasts, and working with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in fill rates and earned income.
