The CRM Coordinator will assist Ticket Operations and CRM leadership in improving our day to day effectiveness and efficiency. Within Ticket Operations, the candidate will provide clerical, administrative, and operational support under the general direction of Ticket Operations & CRM management. Within CRM, the individual will support the management of Ontario Reign Customer Relationship Management database. The candidate will develop strong competencies in creating, developing, implementing CRM forms, workflows, and processes, as well as provide end user support.
