Offering both inpatient and outpatient services and located just south of Nashville, our facility serves patients from all areas of Tennessee in beautiful Franklin, TN. Rolling Hills is looking for a dynamic Virtual MH IOP Therapist to join our Outpatient Team. The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing group counseling services to the Adult populations. The Therapist provides appropriate crisis intervention as necessary, provides psycho-educational group exercises, and demonstrates an ability to form therapeutic relationships with the Adult populations.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in the Behavioral Health Field (e.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) REQUIRED.
• Current Tennessee Driver’s License.
• Current HWC and CPR Certification.
• Experience in providing individual and group counseling to individuals in a psychiatric treatment setting.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and tact.
• Ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Basic data entry skills preferred.
• Organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management skills necessary.
• Flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress necessary.
