About The Position

JM Test Systems is looking to expand our technical team in Mattoon, IL! We have openings for Technician Level II — each with distinct responsibilities and growth opportunities. Whether you’re just starting your technical career or are an experienced professional, we want to hear from you. Technician Level II – Intermediate Technician Role: Independently perform calibrations, repairs, and equipment testing Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues Maintain accurate records and complete job documentation Support training and mentoring of Level I technicians

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience or equivalent training
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of calibration tools and electronic/mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Independently perform calibrations, repairs, and equipment testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Maintain accurate records and complete job documentation
• Support training and mentoring of Level I technicians
