Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies, is seeking an Onsite Team Lead. This field-based role involves effectively partnering with key stakeholders, cross-divisional sales teams, and cross-functional teams to drive account productivity and satisfaction. The Team Lead will direct and guide the day-to-day function of their team to ensure OR efficiency and customer satisfaction, manage charge sheets and billing, and apply feedback and metrics to propose process improvements. The position requires a solid foundation of clinical expertise, the ability to provide in-service training, and responsibility for onboarding new employees. It also includes managing Stryker and customer onboarding and compliance requirements for the team, and understanding Joint Commission requirements. The Team Lead will allocate work, check quality, mentor newer specialists, assist with corrective action and annual reviews, and lead program management activities within the account. This role has a direct impact on the quality of tasks, services, and information provided by the team and serves as the main point of contact for the team account.
