About The Position
The position involves providing technical support for PC hardware and software, mobile devices, and network systems. The candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring PC hardware, troubleshooting issues, and managing mobile devices in both Windows and iOS environments. The role also includes basic network support, including VLAN configuration and console management, as well as managing meeting room technology and operations. The candidate will be expected to handle asset management, inventory management, and ticket management for incidents and requests, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
