Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work after hours/weekends
  • Corporate and Industrial Photography
  • One to three years experience in AV/videoconferencing support
  • Installation and Audio-Visual experience

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set up and breakdown of conference spaces
  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Provide timely and quality support tasks
  • Field service support of networked devices
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Adhere to local safety standards
  • Provide documentation and end-user training
  • Setup and troubleshoot A/V systems
  • Travel to various job sites as required
  • Create, review and update incoming Tririga and ServiceNow cases for the Freeport AV team.
  • Monitor consumables used on AV tasks and projects and ensure accurate replacement orders are placed.
  • Provide corporate headshot photography as requested.
  • Support corporate event photography, including on‑site coverage as needed.
  • Edit and prepare photographs based on client specifications.
  • Maintain flexibility to work extended hours which include nights, weekends, and holidays to support event photography needs.
  • Travel locally as required to fulfill photography assignments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
