About The Position
The position requires a strong technical background in Cisco networking, including routing, switching, and wireless technologies. The candidate will be responsible for leading network operations to ensure service availability and quality of service according to business requirements. The role also involves managing firewall technologies, particularly Fortinet, and providing tier 3 support for network-related issues. The candidate should have experience with ITIL-based processes and be capable of creating high-level and low-level design documents, as well as Visio diagrams related to infrastructure.
