At Skynet, we are looking for the right person to fill the position of Onsite Support Engineer II whose primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality onsite technical support to our clients, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining strong client relationships. As a member of our team, an Onsite Support Engineer II provides technical support either in person/onsite or by phone as assigned. The role is responsible for following documented procedures for supporting, monitoring the ticket gateway, and maintaining ticket SLAs, adhering to established workflows, and ensuring proper documentation in the ticketing system.
