Requirements
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Supervise daily staffing operations and ensure client needs are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
- Coordinate job orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and placements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Support employee relations and address workplace concerns
