The OnSite Specialist utilizes a wide array of knowledge, technical skills, and critical thinking abilities to facilitate job functions during surgical procedures, as well as preoperative and postoperative equipment management. This is a field-based position where the specialist is expected to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities within a set territory or travel within a set boundary. The role involves providing clinical surgical support, managing equipment, troubleshooting, and maintaining Stryker equipment and related devices. The specialist will work with surgeons, O.R. personnel, central processing, biomedical, and other related personnel, while maintaining knowledge of products through Stryker education programs.
