About The Position

The Onsite Service Technician at Xerox is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by managing and resolving technical issues related to equipment in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires a strong foundation in electromechanical skills to repair devices, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver training on equipment functionality. The technician serves as the primary contact for customers, maintaining communication about equipment status and engaging with other Xerox personnel as needed.
