About The Position

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a professional Onsite Service Technician to join our rapidly growing Technical Services division. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding service to our clients and managing customer relations in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). The technician will utilize their electromechanical skills to repair devices and will receive training from certified instructors. The position requires a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical knowledge to quickly learn the industry. The technician will be responsible for customer satisfaction, serving as the primary contact for maintenance, production, and supply inventories of assigned equipment. Additionally, the role involves providing customer training on products to enhance end-user knowledge of equipment functionality.
