About The Position

Your role Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
