About The Position
The Onsite Bilingual Health Educator / RN Health Coach at Evernorth is responsible for connecting employees with a wellness coach for face-to-face sessions. The role involves a holistic approach to help employees set and accomplish health goals, manage chronic conditions, and encourage healthy behaviors. The Health Coach will provide onsite coaching, identify health education needs, collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans, and empower them to take an active role in their health outcomes. Additionally, the coach will assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health, lead health and wellness promotional activities, and may perform biometric screenings. The position also includes providing support for health-related site events such as open enrollment and health fairs.
