About The Position

This role involves conducting full-cycle recruiting activities, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as iCIMS, UltiPro, or Workday.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectively.
• Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in executive recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal recruiting processes and promote employee referral programs.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
• Handle executive recruiting for senior-level positions.
• Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist with employee evaluation processes.
• Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and support.
