We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to lead the operations of a residential property. This role is responsible for overseeing staff performance, resident satisfaction, financial results, and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, rent rolls, and vendor contracts
  • Ensure occupancy goals are met through leasing strategies and marketing efforts
  • Supervise and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Conduct property inspections, move-ins/outs, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service, professionalism, and resident satisfaction
  • Associate degree or equivalent; minimum 5 years of progressive property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, staff supervision, vendor contracts, budgeting, and maintenance operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Real Estate License required within 90 days of hire (training support provided)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
