About The Position

Due to our growth resulting from customer demand Westaff is looking for an Onsite Personnel Supervisor to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with our customer and associates in Quincy, MA What you will do in the Onsite Personnel Supervisor position: Using your knowledge of recruiting techniques you will source, screen, and evaluate candidates so you can make excellent hiring decisions Collaborate with the team to create a high energy results-oriented culture Manage job postings through social media and job boards Develop and grow relationships with community organizations to attract new candidates Manage and retain existing associates by providing opportunities for work and skill-building as well as responding to their questions and concerns Gain and use your full understanding of our client's staffing needs, you will select and assign associates to positions that meet and exceed the associate's and clients needs and expectations Ensuring that both the associate and the client are highly satisfied during the assignment and provide coaching for the associate when needed

Requirements

  • Recruiting, hiring, and coordinating experience are a plus however we will train
  • This is an entry level position
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a must
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while producing quality results
  • A college degree is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and TEAMS
  • The ability to travel to local customers and recruit events locally is required
  • Although we work a typical day you must be flexible to work later if needed
  • Ability to pass a drug test and will have their background and credit history reviewed
