About The Position

Netsmart is a leading innovator in healthcare solutions, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative technology and services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Director in Product Management to join our team and drive the development of our healthcare solutions. Data-related Solution/Product Management would be a plus!! This is an exciting opportunity to join the Netsmart team!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of solution or product management experience.
• 3 plus years leading a solution consulting or Product Management team.
• At least 3 years of Agile development work experience.
• Must have Product Management experience, Data Relation Solution/Product experience would be a plus.

Nice To Haves

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, market trends, and technology solutions.
• At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience.

• Understands and appropriately apply levers in driving decision making that impacts company financials.
• Inform strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding client needs, regulatory requirements, and technical designs of products to serve them.
• Informs or shares knowledge with other teams.
• Optimize roadmaps to maximize business outcomes through understanding and maximizing dependencies and overlapping in various solution roadmaps, prioritizing roadmap items based on market opportunities and client relationships.
