Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years experience associated with building maintenance or janitorial.
  • Strong command of the English language, able to communicate and report issues effectively.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Regular Monday to Friday attendance is required with a willingness to provide emergency coverage including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to use a computer/smartphone for basic tasks, such as logging maintenance issues.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Physical stamina to handle daily demands, including lifting and moving equipment.
  • Hold and maintain a valid Florida driver's license.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Provide janitorial services associated with a large luxury condominium.
  • Empty and maintain bins and ensure waste is disposed of responsibly.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and stored appropriately.
  • Assemble, move, and set up furniture.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
  • Operate and maintain basic maintenance hand tools and cleaning equipment.
  • Perform a range of tasks and other related maintenance duties as assigned with a willingness to learn new skills.
