The Onsite Leasing Ambassador (BTR) is primarily responsible for acting as the face of the community. This role involves ensuring the community and homes are prepared for daily leasing activities, welcoming prospects, guiding them through community and home tours, and providing information on the leasing process. The ambassador will also manage inquiries via telephone, in person, and email, utilize property management software for various tasks, conduct in-person move-in welcome visits, and follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the ambassador will respond to resident and client/owner concerns and participate in weekly feedback with upper leadership regarding prospect interest.
