Responsibilities

• Manage compliant business shipments for domestic and international orders.
• Verify accurate ECO shipping terms and manage customer service interactions.
• Upload and maintain accurate data within the Collins SAP ERP system and customer-specific portals.
• Review and approve invoices related to packaging materials inventory.
• Document and manage inventory of customer containers and ensure accurate filing for audits.
• Support the induction of customer sales and work orders for commercial and military programs.
• Extract data from SAP for reporting purposes and create military documents for shipments.
• Review contracts and customer purchase order flow down requirements.
