Responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities, under the direction of the Maintenance Director.

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish / English)
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment usage
Ability to complete Basic maintenance and repair tasks.
Attention to detail and thoroughness in carrying out cleaning tasks.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Ability to lift 50lbs
Valid driver's license
High school graduate or GED required
Able to follow through on directives and tasks
Good Communication skills (English) - Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

Pick up trash from lawns and common areas
Repair and build various types of fences and gates.
Perform drainage repairs.
Paint curbs, speed bumps and parking spaces.
Power wash common elements (sidewalks, retaining walls, brick, etc.).
Trim and remove bushes and trees.
Clean gutters, scuppers, downspouts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
General outdoor cleaning of the common area
Light check and bulb change
Blow leaves away from common areas
Check pool area for trash and contaminants
Empty trash bags in common areas
Clean dumpster areas
Check doggie station baskets
Keep drainage areas clear
Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of offices, restrooms, pool and other common areas.
Plus other work related tasks as needed
