About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ year experience providing IT support in an MSP environment, or 3+ years experience providing IT support to a single organization.
• Experience working on a technical support team at a tier 2 or tier 3 level.
• Ability to diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong passion for working with information technologies.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience providing IT services to businesses working for an MSP on a helpdesk or 3 years with a single organization working on a help desk.
• Certifications such as A+, CCNA, etc.
• Degrees in Information Systems or similar.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex IT support issues that require advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Mentor and guide first-tier technical team members.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and outcomes.
• Travel to client locations as needed, up to 50% of the time.
