Requirements
- Emotional Intelligence: High level of emotional intelligence to manage team dynamics and customer interactions.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations through strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Remote & Onsite hiring/people management: Experience in Onsite & remote hiring and engaging with remote workforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist/Recruiter role, preferably in a contact center, retail, or high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of U.S and Canadian HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Suite
Nice To Haves
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates using the social recruiting tools, websites/databases, networking, employee referral program, professional organizations, job fairs etc.
- Develop, maintain, and post job postings on internal and external hiring platforms
- Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection decision. Provide timely feedback and follow-ups with the hiring teams and candidates
- Manage 'Internal Job Postings' for the Contact Center Team/s
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters when necessary and supporting the resolution processes.
- Support the HR Leadership with Employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- HRIS - Process employee record changes e.g., Team/Supervisor changes, Terminations. Ensure employee records are accurate.
- Assist with data analysis, HR Projects & Initiatives as needed.
