One of our flagship clients is looking to bring on a HelpDesk Technician based in their Bothell, WA office. This person is responsible for receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user support. In addition, maintain industry-standard IT hardware, software, network, and mobile technology. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and driven, display excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This is a part time position that will average 24 hours per week, though there is a strong possibility for a full time role in the future. There is about 10% of travel possible to office locations in DC and California.
